Emily Patten is an accomplished professional in the field of publishing and photography with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising Photography from Rochester Institute of Technology. Currently serving as Managing Editor at Aperture since July 2019, Emily has advanced through various roles, including Publishing Associate and Publishing Assistant. Previous experience includes positions as a Teacher's Aide at Roberley Bell, Equipment Specialist at RIT Photo Cage, and Staff Photographer roles at both the Saunders College of Business and RIT Student Government. Internships at Daniel Shea Studio and J&L Books further honed photography and organizational skills, focusing on editorial and commercial projects while assisting in the production processes.
