Hugo Sever

Hugo Sever currently serves in the Strategy & Value Creation role at APEX Capital, specializing in value creation, portfolio strategy, and business development for Europe's leading athlete investment platform since June 2025. Previously, Hugo was the Head of Commercial (D2C) at Manchester United, overseeing direct-to-consumer revenue strategy and growth across various channels, as well as serving as Senior Strategy Manager focusing on high-priority strategic initiatives across all club operations. Earlier experience includes a Strategy Manager position at OC&C Strategy Consultants, where extensive work in corporate strategy and due diligence was completed, along with positions as Associate Consultant at Jefferies and Risk Management Intern at Capita. Hugo's educational background includes a Master of Studies in British and European History and a BA (Hons) in History, both from the University of Oxford, following attendance at Winchester College.
