Dylan Fraser

Dylan Fraser began their career as a Project Engineer at WW Associates, Inc. from January 2008 to February 2009. Dylan then moved on to Segars Engineering where they served as a Civil Structural Engineer, primarily focusing on structural engineering and civil site design for industrial and institutional projects from May 2009 to October 2014. Following this, they joined Apex Clean Energy as a Civil Engineer from October 2014 to December 2019, and later became a Senior Civil Engineer from December 2019 to August 2020. Dylan then transitioned to the role of Solar Project Manager at Apex Clean Energy from August 2020 to March 2023, where they were responsible for the development, planning, and execution of various utility-scale solar PV projects. Dylan's experience at Apex Clean Energy continued as they became a Senior Project Manager from January 2023 to February 2024, and ultimately assumed the position of Director of Project Management on the Pre-Construction side from January 2024, where they oversee project managers and manages development projects to drive them towards NTP (notice to proceed).

Dylan Fraser earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 2003 and 2007.
