Emily McClung

Emily McClung serves as the Senior Director of Talent and Innovation at Apex Leaders, where strategic oversight and leadership for the talent department are prioritized, alongside the development and implementation of the organization's AI strategy. Transitioning from previous roles such as Senior Director of Organizational Development & Innovation and Senior Director of Research, Emily has significantly enhanced the company's culture, training, and process improvement initiatives while managing various teams and cultivating client relationships. Prior experience at Advantage Solutions includes Shopper Insights Manager and Category Manager, where Emily led training processes, managed substantial client contracts, and co-founded committees focused on employee engagement and process improvement. Emily McClung holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Boise State University and has also contributed to athletic programs as a head and assistant cheerleading coach.
