Jim Locke is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in release engineering, software development, and operations management. Currently serving as a Release Engineer and Technical Specialist at Apex Systems since November 2024, Jim is responsible for deployments using Azure DevOps and Octopus Deploy while enhancing documentation. Previously, as a Senior BizOps Engineer at Mastercard, Jim managed a variety of work orders and incidents, leading software deployments to ensure timely production rollouts. Jim’s career also includes significant roles at Staples Promotional Products, Monsanto, and Hubbell Incorporated, where responsibilities ranged from simultaneous application deployments to release planning and coordination. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western Michigan University, Jim is also certified in ITIL v3F and ITIL RCV.
