Apex Technology
Justin Lanier is a Structural Engineer at Jax Apex Technology, where responsibilities include designing conventionally framed roof systems, shear walls, and foundations for various structures, as well as performing engineering calculations and overseeing the work of structural designers. With a focus on mentorship, Justin manages and supports a team of three Engineers in Training and handles high-volume client projects. Prior experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, where laboratory exercises for a Civil Engineering Materials course were facilitated, and a Structural Engineering Intern at Jax Apex Technology, where designs for shear walls and beams were created. Justin holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution. Additional educational experiences include leadership roles in mathematics at Georgia Southern University and distance learning facilitation at Georgia Institute of Technology.
