Peng Li

Peng (Pat) Li is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as VP of Productivity and Continuous Improvement at Apex Tool Group, LLC since October 2010. Li has demonstrated a strong track record in driving gross productivity, successfully exceeding budget targets in 2020 and 2021. Previous roles at Apex include VP of Advanced Manufacture and Global Quality, VP of Engineering and Program Management, and VP of Platform Projects, all responsible for enhancing manufacturing processes, new product development, and product marketing strategies. Prior to Apex, Li held engineering management positions at Danaher Tool Group and Eaton Aerospace, overseeing multiple engineering centers and leading projects in mechanical design and aerospace technology. Li holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, an MBA from Millsaps College, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China.
