Mischelle Sharon Martis has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager and previously as Talent Acquisition Specialist at Apexon since July 2018, where responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting for IT-focused positions in the Automotive and Financial industries. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiter at EPITEC, where Mischelle developed recruiting strategies and communicated effectively with diverse candidates, and as Assistant Manager at TIMES OOH, managing client relationships. Earlier positions at The Hindu and Asian Business Exhibitions & Conferences Ltd involved advertisement and corporate sales, further enhancing Mischelle’s communication and industry knowledge.
