Rajvi Jhala

Rajvi Jhala's work experience begins in 2018 with an internship at United Way, where they worked as an Internship Trainee from August to December. In 2018, they also completed a CSR Internship at Aditya Birla Insulators Ltd. from December to April.

In 2019, Rajvi worked as a Summer Internship at Excel Crop Care ltd for the month of May. Rajvi also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Larsen & Toubro from July to December, and as a Human Resources Intern at ABB from December to April the following year.

Currently, Rajvi is working at Apexon since March 2021, where they started as a Human Resources Trainee until March 2022. Rajvi then transitioned to the role of Associate - Talent Development from March 2022 to March 2023. Currently, Rajvi works as an Executive II - Talent Development at Apexon.

Rajvi Jhala pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ahmedabad University, specializing in Human Resource Management and Marketing. Rajvi attended the university from 2015 to 2018. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in Vadodara, where they obtained a Masters of Human Resource management degree from 2018 to 2020.
