Mike Leidholm is Vice President of Transformation for APi Group.
Mike is responsible for leading the Enterprise Excellence team and oversees risk management and procurement for APi Group. As the lead for Enterprise Excellence, Mike is focused on building the system and team to help APi Group and its family of companies assess, value, and prioritize transformational opportunities. The goal of Enterprise Excellence is to lead business projects that improve the experience for both their people and their customers and deliver operational efficiencies across the enterprise.
In 2022, Mike was named Vice President of Risk for APi Group with responsibility for risk management, real estate, and procurement. Prior to that, Mike served for three years as President of APi National Service Group. He moved to APi Group in 2015, as Vice President of Risk Management.
In 2005, Mike began his career as a Safety Manager for APi Group companies, Viking Automatic Sprinkler Co. and VFP Fire Systems. Over his 10 years at Viking and VFP, Mike took on additional responsibility for various business functions, including risk management, safety, health and loss prevention, IT, marketing, and employee development.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Environmental Health and Safety from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. He has also earned his Associate's in Risk Management certification (ARM).
