Monica Seme is the vice president of succession and development for APi Group.

In this role, Seme is focused on facilitating and supporting ongoing succession development for the operating companies as well as leadership development and coaching as it relates to APi Group's commitment to “Building Great Leaders”. She’s been with APi Group officially since this past June, but worked as a consultant/coach for APi Group since 2014.

Before her current role, Seme owned Superior Insight Consulting, where she focused on improving organizational performance by improving individual and team performance in the areas individual and team leadership coaching, emotional intelligence, talent assessment, selection, performance management, and team building.

Seme graduated from the College of St. Scholastica with a degree in Human Resources and Psychology and holds certifications in several assessment tools including the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-i 360, DISC, Values Index and Attribute Index. She is also certified in three coaching sciences including The Integrated Leader Framework, 5th Level Coaching, and Emerging Advantage Generation Y Coaching.
