Dr. Molly Weaver’s 15 years of experience in medical technology engineering and leadership includes serving as Vice President for Containment Systems & Portfolio Management at West Pharmaceutical Services. Earlier, she was VP of Quality & Regulatory and Chief Compliance Officer at Unilife Medical Corp.
At Becton Dickinson’s Medical Surgical Systems, she spent three years as Principal Engineer, analyzing new business opportunities and leading a new concept development team. From 2009 to 2011, she was the BD core team leader for self-injection technologies in Pharmaceutical Systems.
After earning an honors B.S. in mechanical engineering from Brown University, she took a PhD in mechanical engineering materials science at Duke, where she was a founding member of the Nanooptics Laboratory.
