Gary Pipho

Gary Pipho is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in IT operations, service management, and strategic planning. Currently, as the IT Operations Manager at Apogee Enterprises, Inc. since March 2016 and Service Delivery Manager at IBM since April 2012, Gary has effectively managed teams focused on service desk and major incident management. Previous roles include Director of Information Technology for the Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, where responsibilities encompassed IT operations for multiple tribal enterprises, and Director of IT for Mayo Clinic Health System, where Gary developed the enterprise technology vision. With a background that includes senior positions at Treasure Island Resort and Casino and Gander Mountain, Gary possesses a strong foundation in project management, telecommunications, and customer service. Gary holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
