Raelyn Trende

Raelyn Trende serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Apogee Enterprises, Inc. Previously, Raelyn held multiple leadership roles at Medtronic, including VP, Head of Global Talent Acquisition, HR PMO, HR Technology, Analytics and AI, as well as VP, Head of Global Talent. At Optum, Raelyn was the SVP of Human Capital for OptumHealth and also served as VP of Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience. Raelyn's career began at Cargill as a Sr. HR Representative, followed by significant positions at Target, including Sr. Director for HR Operational Services, HR Process & Technology, and Strategy & Operations and Field Talent Acquisition. Raelyn Trende holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of St. Thomas and is ABD for a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Development and Change from the same institution.
