Jeff Hartness

Jeff Hartness currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Apogee Therapeutics since September 2024. In addition, Hartness is a member of the Board of Directors for Bryn Pharma and Corganics®, both positions held since December 2022 and January 2022, respectively. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Bausch Health Companies Inc. from February 2016 to September 2024, where Hartness held multiple executive roles, culminating as Executive Vice President, leading Neurology and Generic Business Units. Prior to Bausch Health, Hartness spent over 15 years at Sanofi in various leadership positions in U.S. Market Access. Hartness began a career in pharmaceuticals with Pfizer as a Pharmaceutical Sales Professional from October 1998 to September 2000. Education includes a Bachelor's degree from Hanover College and completion of an AHIP Certified Healthcare Insurance Executive program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
