Robin Stander

Robin Stander has a diverse work experience in the recruitment advertising and enterprise software industries. Robin is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at Appcast, Inc, a global provider of recruitment advertising technology. Prior to this, Robin was the Global Sales Director at PathMotion, where they led the company's sales and commercial growth strategy. Before that, they held multiple roles at ZipRecruiter, including Senior Director & Head of UK, Senior Director of Business Development, and Director of Business Development. Robin also worked as an International Sales Manager at StepStone, providing strategic leadership to sales teams. Their career started at Totaljobs Group, where they served as an International Account Director and an International Account Manager, driving enterprise sales and strategic negotiations with global-level decision-makers. Throughout their roles, Robin achieved outstanding results, consistently exceeding revenue and KPI targets, and securing significant contracts for their companies.

Robin Stander attended Leeds Beckett University, where they obtained a B.A.(Hons) degree in Economics & Public Policy. Additionally, Robin holds a certification as a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming from The Society of NLP.
