Andy Carroll

Andy Carroll has over a decade of experience in cloud services and customer care. Currently serving as the Manager of Marketplace Fulfillment and Customer Care at AppDirect since February 2016, Andy has held various managerial positions within the company, including roles focused on Operations and Cloud Success, as well as Cloud Solutions. Prior to this, Andy managed Cloud Services at NeoNova Network Services after the department was spun out to create NeoCloud. Early experience includes roles as a Help Desk Technician at 3 Phoenix, Inc. and a Help Desk Analyst at Cherokee Investment Partners. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology from North Carolina State University, completed in December 2009.
