Jennifer Salgado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partner success management and customer relations. Currently serving as a Senior Partner Success Manager at AppDirect since February 2022, Jennifer previously held the role of Partner Success Manager. Before joining AppDirect, Jennifer worked at Sandler Partners from March 2017 to January 2022, where responsibilities included gathering client requirements and integrating new team specialists. Prior experience includes serving as a Pricing Specialist at Sandler Partners and as a Sales Representative at MetroPCS, where customer satisfaction and retention were key focuses. Jennifer began their career as an intern at the LA County Probation Department, supporting families in the lower criminal justice system. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Long Beach.
