Julien-Pier Boisvert is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Montreal Site Lead at AppDirect since October 2020, Julien-Pier previously held roles as Lead Recruiter at Element AI and Technical Recruiter at AppDirect. Additional experience includes positions as Talent Acquisition Strategist at HUB XYZ, Recruiter at SGS, and Recruiter at Richter, where skills in sourcing, interviewing, and staffing strategy were developed.
