Steven Leiser-Mitchell

Steven Leiser-Mitchell is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and securities law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at AppDirect since April 2024, Steven previously held positions as Senior Director of Corporate Securities at Cognizant and as an Associate in Capital Markets at both Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Proskauer Rose LLP. Additionally, Steven was an Associate at JONES DAY® from October 2017 to March 2020. Steven holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Kenyon College.
