Matt Dircks

Matt Dircks is an experienced business leader currently serving as a board member for Sumo Logic, Native Instruments, Perforce Software, Forcepoint, and Appfire, as well as a Senior Operating Partner at Francisco Partners. Additionally, Matt holds the position of Executive Chairman and CEO at BeyondTrust, overseeing overall strategy and operations. Previously, Matt held various senior roles including VP/General Manager at BMC Software and Vice President of Products at Numara Software.
