Heather Munoz

Heather Munoz is a seasoned professional in the field of customer success, currently serving as a member of the Customer Success Collective since March 2023. With over a decade of experience at AppFolio, Inc., Heather has held various leadership roles including Senior Director of Customer Success and Customer Outcomes, as well as Director of Customer Loyalty, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing customer experiences. Prior to AppFolio, Heather contributed to Make It Work as Director of Flow and Customer Response Representative. Heather holds a degree in International Area Studies, Anthropology, and Chemistry from Saint Mary's College of California, earned between 1999 and 2003.
