Michelle Dong is a seasoned professional in sales strategy and operations with a diverse background in strategic planning and business operations across multiple leading companies. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Strategy & Operations at AppFolio, Inc. since July 2023, Michelle has previously held key positions including Senior Manager of GTM Strategy & Planning at Gong, and Senior Manager of Business Operations & Strategy at Slack. Additional experience includes roles at YouTube and Google, where Michelle contributed to strategic initiatives, as well as early experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays Capital and a Wealth Management Intern at Morgan Stanley. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance from The Wharton School.
