Roya Hemming

Roya Hemming has extensive experience in onboarding services and customer support, currently serving as Sr Manager of Onboarding Services at AppFolio since September 2016, with a progressive career evolving through various managerial roles within the company. Prior to AppFolio, Roya held the position of Assistant Manager/Notary Public at The UPS Store from 2008 to September 2016, where responsibilities included customer service and operational tasks. Additional experience includes roles in sales and administration at Fair Oaks Auto Sales and volunteer work with the Children's Bereavement Art Group. Roya earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Psychology from UC Santa Barbara, following an Associate of Arts in Behavioral Sciences and Humanities from Los Rios Community Colleges.
