Earlier experience includes positions in financial planning and analysis at CMIS Group, interim financial roles at USG Finance NL and Delta Lloyd, and a cost controller role at BNY Mellon. Douwe has an M.B.A. in Finance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and previously studied Mandarin at Beijing Language and Culture University, complemented by a B.B.A. in Consultancy & Marketing from the same university.
