Jeff Wilson has worked at Vista Equity Partners since 2015 and is currently a member of the private equity Flagship team. Mr. Wilson currently sits on the boards and is actively involved in the firm’s investments in Alegeus, Allvue Systems, Applause, DealerSocket, PlanSource, SmartBear and Xactly. He was actively involved in the firm’s investment in Vertafore.
Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Wilson was a Principal at TPG Capital and helped lead their software and financial technology investing. Mr. Wilson spent over 11 years at TPG Capital where he led over $4.7 billion in equity investments, including investments in software platforms Vertafore, GlobeOp, Eze Software Group, Advent Software, Box and GreenSky TradeCredit. Before TPG Capital, Mr. Wilson was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in their Technology group and Financial Sponsors group.
