Sharad Kansara currently serves as the Global Head of Analytics & Customer Insights for Apple Retail Online since January 2021. Prior to this, Sharad was the Vice President and Chief Data & Analytics Executive at Isobar, where leadership was provided in establishing a data-driven culture and creating offerings for data-driven creative, experience, and commerce. Experience also includes serving as SVP and Head of Customer Analytics & Marketing Strategy at Kantar, and various roles focused on customer analytics and digital marketing at Accenture and Precima. Earlier career stages included positions at Nielsen Marketing Analytics and SymphonyIRI Group, as well as a role as Design Engineer at Kvaerner Powergas India Ltd. Sharad holds a Master’s degree in Quantitative Analysis from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
