Stephen O'Sullivan

Stephen O'Sullivan is an accomplished data engineering leader with extensive experience in building and managing high-performing teams across various organizations. Currently serving as a Data Engineering Leader at Apple since April 2020, Stephen also provides advisory support at Xtelligent and previously founded and managed Data Whisperers, where a focus was placed on guiding companies to become data-driven enterprises. Notable previous roles include VP Engineering at Silicon Valley Data Science, Senior Director at @walmartlabs, and Director of System Engineering at LiveOps, where Stephen drove innovative data solutions and strategies. With a foundation in software engineering from Sun and an academic background in Computer Science from Buckinghamshire New University, Stephen is adept in Big Data architectures, data management, and mentoring emerging data leaders.
