Dan Dafoe is an experienced professional in strategic services and technology, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Services at Applied Innovation since November 2019. In this role, Dan focuses on operational excellence by streamlining IT processes and enhancing efficiency, along with leading the Operations, Project Management, and vCIO teams. Prior to this, Dan was the General Manager at Success By Design, Inc. from April 2007 to November 2019, where responsibilities included driving growth and leading strategic planning and operations. Dan also held the position of General Manager at Great Lakes Bindery, Inc., where a commitment to quality and customer-focused efficiency was promoted. Dan's academic credentials include an MBA in International Business from Cornerstone University and a B.A. in Communications from Moody Bible Institute.
