Jake Lussier

Jake Lussier has worked for a variety of companies since 2010. Theirfirst job was as a Summer Scholar at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in 2010. In 2011, they began their PhD Candidate role at Stanford University, researching at the intersection of robotics, perception, and artificial intelligence. In 2013, they were a Google Research Intern. In 2016, they founded Gather, an early-stage automated food retail startup, and launched prototypes with paying customers in California luxury apartments. In 2017, they took on roles as Autonomous Flight Product Lead at Udacity and Venture Strategy Consultant for VTOL Technologies at Embraer. Since 2019, they have been a Product at Applied Intuition.

Jake Lussier has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from Stanford University, which they have been pursuing since 2011. Jake also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame, which they obtained between 2007 and 2011.
