Cheng-Lin Chung

Cheng-Lin Chung is a CMP Process Development Engineer at Headway Technologies since June 2022, previously serving as a Student Worker at the University of Southern California and a Manufacturing Process Engineering Intern at Texas Instruments. During the internship at Texas Instruments, Cheng-Lin implemented standard-setting that streamlined production processes, saving significant working hours. Prior experience includes a role as a Chemical Mechanical Polishing R&D Intern at Entegris, where improvements in cleaning quality and efficiency were achieved. Research experience encompasses work as a Research Assistant at Academia Sinica in Taiwan, contributing to optical biosensing and nanofabrication projects, as well as an internship at the Industrial Technology Research Institute, focusing on polymer membrane development. Cheng-Lin holds a Master's degree in Materials Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Materials Engineering from Chang Gung University.
