Cynthia Radovich

Cynthia Radovich currently serves as Managing Director of Global Benefits & Wellness at Applied Materials, a position held since October 2016. Prior to this, Cynthia held leadership roles at Gap Inc. as Sr. Director of Global Benefits from May 2006 to September 2016, and at Symantec Corp. as Director of International Benefits and Director of Global Benefits from 2001 to 2006. Cynthia also contributed to GetThere.com as Sr. Manager of Human Resources (1999-2001), Oracle Corporation as a Benefits Analyst (1995-1999), and Addison-Wesley Publishing in Human Resources (1994-1995). Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Master’s in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.
