Elaine Peacock

Elaine Peacock is an experienced HR professional with a distinguished career spanning several decades in the field of rewards and human resource management. Currently retired since April 2024, Elaine Peacock served as Senior Director of Europe HR, EMEA Rewards, and UK Country President at Applied Materials from May 2008 to April 2024. Previously, during tenure at Freescale Semiconductors from 2004 to 2008, Elaine Peacock held the position of EMEA Rewards Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at Motorola as Rewards Manager and Compaq as C & B Specialist. Elaine Peacock’s educational background includes an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Strathclyde, along with a Diploma in Public Administration from Glasgow Caledonian University and a BA(Hons) in Economics from the University of Strathclyde.
