Evan Wang

Evan Wang is a Photonics Design Engineer at Applied Materials since July 2022, with prior experience as a Graduate Student Researcher in the Applied Nanophotonics Laboratory at Stanford University from June 2017 to June 2022 under Professor Jonathan Fan. Previous roles include serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington's Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering from April 2015 to June 2017, where modeling of nano-scale germanium telluride (GeTe) based phase change memory devices was conducted, and a Process Integration Intern at IM Flash from June to September 2016, focusing on statistical defect analysis of flash memory. Evan Wang holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
