Mike Demuro

Mike DeMuro is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in real estate, workplace management, and infrastructure development. Currently serving as the Corporate Vice President of Global Workplace and Infrastructure at Applied Materials, Mike leads a team responsible for over 12 million square feet of R&D labs, manufacturing, and office infrastructure. Previously, Mike held the position of Vice President of Real Estate and Site Services at NVIDIA, managing a global portfolio of 6 million square feet across 20 countries, and served as Senior Director of International Real Estate and Facilities at Microsoft, overseeing 10 million square feet in 200 countries. Mike’s career began at Ducommun Technologies and Intercor LLC, with foundational roles that included group management and co-founding a research company. Mike holds a BS in Finance and Business Economics from USC Marshall School of Business and an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
