At Foley & Lardner LLP, Nicole managed international trademark and design patent portfolios and enforced trademark rights. Additional experience includes legal internships focusing on privacy policy drafting, compliance with GDPR, and contract review. Nicole holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Active in diversity, equity, and inclusion, Nicole was a member of the DEI Committee at Barack Ferrazzano.
