Kyle Swinicki is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with a specialization in corporate recruiting. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Applied Underwriters since March 2020, Kyle is responsible for sourcing, screening, and negotiating candidates across diverse departments including Actuary & Strategy, Software Development, and Brand Communications. Prior to this role, Kyle held positions at SilverStone Group as an Account Executive and at Buildertrend as a Business Development Representative II. Kyle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Wichita State University, earned between 2010 and 2015.
