Marcelo Moraes

Marcelo Moraes is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) analysis and simulation. Currently serving as the Head of NVH CAE for the Americas at Applus+ IDIADA since December 2021, Marcelo has a strong background in managing projects and teams, specializing in optimizing vehicle performance through acoustic and structural evaluations. Previous roles include Senior NVH Simulation Engineer and Mid-Level NVH Simulation Engineer at Stellantis, where expertise in FEM modeling and vibroacoustics was developed. Marcelo's career began with internships in engineering, contributing to hardware development and project management. Education includes a Master's in Business Administration focused on Projects, Strategy, and Leadership from PUC Minas, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and advanced English language training.
