Monica Mercado

Monica Mercado currently serves as the Head of Employee Relations at Applus+ IDIADA, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Monica was the Global Labor Relations & HR Ops Manager at Almirall from September 2016 to October 2021. Monica's extensive experience includes various positions at Schneider Electric, where responsibilities spanned legal counsel in labor and social relations, as well as roles in compensation and benefits management. Monica began her career as a lawyer specializing in labor law at EBAME & Associats and later at Malet & Gonzalez de Carvajal. Educational qualifications include a Law Degree from Universidad de Zaragoza, a Superior Program in Labor Law from Sagardoy Foundation, and a Superior Program in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School.
