Cristian Agüero

Cristian Antonio Agüero is an experienced professional in agile delivery and coaching, currently serving as the Head of Agile Delivery for Apply Digital (LATAM) since September 2022 and Reign since June 2020. Prior roles include Agile Delivery Lead and Senior Scrum Master at LATAM Airlines (2017-2020), and Scrum Master and Agile Software Engineer at Convey, A Sovos Compliance Company (2013-2017). Cristian's early career includes software development at Philips and IT assistance at Municipalidad de Lules. Cristian holds a Professional Agile Coach certification from Kleer, a degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from FGV, and a Systems Engineering degree from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
