Winston Carter

Winston Carter is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in project and programme management. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Apply Digital since May 2023 and holding the same title at E2X since March 2016, Winston has also been the European Head of Delivery and Senior Project/Programme Manager within the same organization. Formerly a Co-Founder and Senior Manager at Erudicus Ltd, Winston was instrumental in launching and establishing the innovative Foosle concept in the UK recruitment market. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Razorfish UK, Project Manager/Scrum Master at Totaljobs Group, Technical Project Manager at Aon Ltd, and IT Project Manager at The Hot Group PLC, with earlier experience as IT Manager and Web Developer at JOBSFINANCIAL LIMITED. Winston began a career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at WS Ocean Systems and holds an HNC in Mechanical Engineering from Basingstoke College of Technology.
