Paul Childs

Paul Childs is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales, business development, and marketing across various companies in the technology and advertising sectors. Currently serving as VP Global Sales at Appodeal since July 2023, Paul previously held positions including Vice President Of Business Development at MOLOCO, where a go-to-market plan for a new Retail Media business was developed, and Chief Revenue Officer at SMADEX, driving sales growth to $25 million without VC funding. Other notable roles include Chief Marketing Officer at LoopMe, Vice President EMEA at MoPub, and co-founder of Adfonic, contributing to its rapid growth to over $20 million ARR. Paul holds an MBA from Imperial College London and has completed the Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
