Chloë Madden

Chloë Madden brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources management to her role with Apprio. She understands the unique challenges of managing staff needs and recruiting new candidates within the highly competitive consulting environment, including on a global scale.

At Apprio, Madden is responsible for talent acquisition and staff support and development in alignment with the company’s mission, culture and growth objectives. Prior to joining Apprio, she was the director of human resources for KLDiscovery. She also has served in HR functions for Versar and Booz Allen Hamilton. In these roles, she managed talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits, compensation, training, technology implementation and HR compliance.
