Briana Grinnan

Briana Grinnan has extensive experience in customer success, currently serving as Team Lead at Appspace since December 2018, following various roles including Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts and Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Previously, Briana held the position of Director of Customer Success at iDonate, where responsibilities included customer setup and training for successful software implementation. Earlier work experience involves roles at the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas as Welcome Center Attendant and as a Graduate Management Intern for the City of Richardson, where research and event support tasks were completed. Additionally, Briana's background includes experience in early childhood education and internship roles in advertising. Briana earned a Master of Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising/Public Relations from the University of Arkansas.
