Shana Cunha

Shana Cunha is a seasoned professional in cloud financial management and customer success, currently serving as a Sr Technical Account Manager for Cloudability at Apptio, an IBM Company, since March 2022. In this role, Shana acts as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them in the adoption and expansion of Cloudability solutions, while also executing business reviews and maintaining success plans. Prior experience includes a position as FinOps Strategy Director at Tidal Migrations, where Shana created cloud financial strategies and optimized cost efficiency, as well as roles at AC3, Amazon Web Services, and others focused on financial analysis, account management, and customer advocacy.
