Tony Agent

Tony Agent is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technology management. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Customer Success Advisor at Apptio, an IBM Company, since July 2020, Tony focuses on strengthening relationships with both commercial and government organizations, ensuring clients derive maximum value from Apptio's solutions. Prior to this role, Tony held various positions at Marriott International, including Director of Technology Business Management, where data analytics were leveraged to automate reporting processes, and Manager, where process improvements significantly enhanced productivity. As a Systems Analyst, Tony facilitated communication between technical and business stakeholders. Earlier in the career, Tony contributed as a Technical Consultant for the Department of Defense and as a Senior Consultant for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Tony holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Science in IT Project Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
