Prarthana Sigedar is a Software Development Engineer at Apptronik since August 2024, with prior experience as a Robotics Software Intern and Intern at Target Arm Inc. from February 2024 to August 2024 and February 2023 to December 2023, respectively, where Prarthana developed a 3D localization system and implemented various object detection algorithms. Experience also includes a Research Intern role at Swaayatt Robots, where Prarthana worked on path planning for autonomous vehicles, and earlier research internships at Forbes Marshall and Meggitt focused on calibration systems and sensor technologies. Prarthana holds a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Technology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
