Stanisław Śledziona has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Stanisław started their career at ALICO Sp. z o.o. as an IT Service Technician, where they were responsible for IT equipment installation and maintenance, hardware sales and service, and e-commerce software development. Stanisław then moved on to POLSKA PRESS GRUPA, where they held various positions including Junior Software Developer, Junior Back-end Developer, Regular Developer, Senior Mobile/Backend Developer, and IT Architect. In these roles, they contributed to software development, IT projects, and product quality enhancement. Stanisław also played a key role in establishing mobile application teams, designing and developing mobile application architectures, and delivering CI/CD tools.
Afterwards, they joined Polskie Badania Internetu as an IT Consultant, where they provided IT consultancy and contributed to the improvement of web advertising business and standardization on privacy/advertising.
Currently, they are working at AppUnite as a Senior Software Engineer/Backend Platform Leader. In this role, they collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business needs, fosters relationships with business partners, and promotes a collaborative and innovative team culture. Throughout their career, Stanisław has demonstrated expertise in software engineering, IT architecture, and IT consultancy, and has consistently contributed to the growth, scale-up, and continuity maintenance of products and businesses.
Stanisław Śledziona completed their education at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology from 2013 to 2017, graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended the Technical Education School Complex no. 3 in Mielec from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a degree as an IT technician in the field of Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, Stanisław has also obtained certifications such as Professional Scrum Developer I from Scrum.org in May 2018 and CCNA Exploration: Network Fundamentals from Centrum Kształcenia Praktycznego i Doskonalenia Nauczycieli w Mielcu in May 2012.
