Thomas Lawmon is currently the Head of Delivery at Appvia, where he is responsible for the transformation and deployment of large, complex SaaS products to Public Cloud. Prior to this role, he worked at Micro Focus as the Site Reliability Engineering Manager, managing the delivery & operations for over 20 SaaS products. Thomas previously held positions at TUI and Admin Re, where he held various roles in service support and delivery management. With a background in E-Commerce, he brings a wealth of experience in managing complex workloads using IaC and Cloud Services, implementing best practice coding review, test, and release, and establishing common metrics for improvement. Thomas is dedicated to enhancing Production Readiness and driving continual service improvement.
