Jim Vasil

Jim Vasil is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at AppViewX since January 2025. Previously, Jim held the CFO position at Spatial Business Systems (SBS) for a brief tenure from January 2024 to February 2025. Prior to that, Jim spent nearly seven years at Vertafore, advancing through various roles including Senior Vice President, Finance & Operations, and Vice President of Finance and Sales & Marketing Operations. Earlier career experience includes a Senior Financial Analyst role at Wagner Equipment and a similar position at P2 Energy Solutions, where responsibilities included overseeing invoicing, journal entries, and revenue recognition for new contracts. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Purdue University, completed between 2006 and 2010.
